About The Position

Frenchies Modern Nail Care is seeking a Receptionist / Concierge to help create an exceptional guest experience in a clean, modern salon environment. The role centers on welcoming guests, managing appointments and phone inquiries, maintaining salon cleanliness, explaining the Frenchies Way, promoting the Frenchies Polish Pass program, and providing attentive service throughout each visit. The salon describes its culture as fun, supportive, health-focused, and committed to work/life balance. Concierge shifts are scheduled either 8:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m. or 12:00 p.m.–6:00 p.m. The position offers paid training, opportunities to pursue nail technician work, product and service discounts, continuing education, and performance-based monthly bonuses.

Requirements

At least 2 years of customer service experience.
Exceptional communication skills and a professional demeanor.
Excellent multitasking abilities and a proactive work ethic.
A friendly, team-oriented attitude.

Preferred experience in a receptionist or concierge role.
