About The Position

Frenchies Modern Nail Care is seeking a Receptionist / Concierge to help create an exceptional guest experience in a clean, modern nail salon. The role is centered on welcoming guests, managing appointments and phone inquiries, maintaining salon standards, and providing attentive service throughout each visit. The concierge also explains the Frenchies Way and promotes the Frenchies Polish Pass program.

The salon describes its environment as fun, supportive, health-focused, and free from harsh chemicals. It emphasizes work/life balance, team-building, cleanliness, and opportunities for personal and professional growth. The position offers AM shifts from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. or PM shifts from 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Compensation is $17.50 per hour.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of customer service experience.
• Exceptional communication skills and a professional demeanor.
• Excellent multitasking abilities and a proactive work ethic.
• A friendly, team-oriented attitude.
