About The Position

The Receiving Attendant receives, processes, organizes, and maintains products in accordance with specifications, standards, established handling guidelines, and departmental procedures. The role includes working in the pump room and related areas, participating in inventories, and maintaining sanitation standards on the dock and in the pump room. Other job-related duties may be assigned.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to understand and comply with all Company and departmental rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with team members.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
• Ability to perform basic math.
• Working knowledge of purchasing and products.
• Ability to drive a forklift.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all products received meet correct specifications and standards.
• Process all requisitions in a timely manner.
• Organize stock according to the floor plan.
• Promptly process and rotate all products received.
• Receive, replenish, stock, issue, and maintain all product in the pump room.
• Follow established guidelines for proper product handling.
• Participate in inventories as assigned.
• Maintain sanitation standards on the dock, in the pump room, and in related areas.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
