About The Position

Mark Spain Real Estate is seeking driven, coachable, and accountable real estate agents to work full-time on a commission basis. Agents receive qualified, pre-scheduled appointments with motivated homeowners and active buyers, along with additional opportunities through the seller-to-buyer pipeline and active listings. Agents are expected to prepare for appointments, follow the company process, serve clients, follow up, and close transactions. The role offers uncapped earnings with splits that increase with production. The posting reports average agent earnings of $70,000–$150,000 per year and top-performer earnings of $200,000 or more per year. There are no desk, training, technology, or lead fees. Support includes training, one-to-one coaching, AI-powered technology, and transaction and listing assistance. Agents may qualify for a $2,500 early success bonus after closing their first five homes within 120 days, plus $500 per qualifying seller closing during their first 150 days.

Requirements

• Active real estate license in Georgia, or ability to obtain one within 30 days.
• Full-time commitment and availability, including evenings and weekends.
• Responsive, organized, coachable, and accountable.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to follow the Mark Spain Real Estate process and take ownership of results.
