About The Position

Mark Spain Real Estate is hiring driven, coachable, and accountable real estate agents to work from a proven team model. The company provides qualified, pre-scheduled appointments with motivated homeowners and active buyers, along with additional opportunities through its seller-to-buyer pipeline and active listings. Agents are responsible for preparing for appointments, following the company process, serving clients, following up, and closing transactions. The role offers uncapped commission-based earnings, with splits increasing based on production. The posting reports average agent earnings of $70,000–$150,000 per year and top-performer earnings of $200,000 or more per year. Agents can also qualify for an early success bonus and receive training, one-on-one coaching, AI-powered technology, and transaction and listing support. There are no desk, technology, training, or lead fees.

Requirements

• An active real estate license in Georgia, or the ability to obtain one within 30 days.
• Full-time commitment and availability, including evenings and weekends.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Responsive, organized, coachable, and accountable.
• Willingness to follow the Mark Spain Real Estate process and take ownership of results.

Nice To Haves

• Two or more years of sales experience or demonstrated production is preferred.
