About The Position

Space and Company is a boutique real estate brokerage with offices in downtown Philadelphia and Collingswood, NJ. We are looking for experienced agents who are ready to move beyond the typical brokerage experience. We offer smaller, more hands-on support and are genuinely invested in your growth. Our unique offerings include broker-led training twice weekly, an in-house title team, in-house mortgage officers, and beautiful shared office spaces in Philadelphia and Collingswood.

Requirements

• Active PA and/or NJ real estate license (dual licensure a plus)
• Experienced agents ready to elevate their production and their client experience
• Self-starters who also want to be part of a supportive, in-person team culture
• Agents with experience in — or looking to grow into — the Greater Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey markets
• Strong communication skills and a client-first approach to every transaction
