About The Position
Space and Company is a boutique real estate brokerage with offices in downtown Philadelphia and Collingswood, NJ. We are looking for experienced agents who are ready to move beyond the typical brokerage experience and are looking for a smaller, more hands-on brokerage that is genuinely invested in their growth. We offer broker-led training twice weekly, an in-house title team, in-house mortgage officers, and beautiful shared office spaces in Philadelphia and Collingswood.
Requirements
- Active PA and/or NJ real estate license (dual licensure a plus)
- Experienced agents ready to elevate their production and their client experience
- Self-starters who also want to be part of a supportive, in-person team culture
- Agents with experience in — or looking to grow into — the Greater Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey markets
- Strong communication skills
- Client-first approach to every transaction
Responsibilities
- Provide a seamless, cohesive transaction process for clients from contract to close.
- Engage in ongoing mentorship and skill-building from brokerage leadership.
- Collaborate within a professional office environment in desirable business districts.
- Leverage the infrastructure of a full-service firm with the culture of a boutique brokerage.
