About The Position

Space and Company is a boutique real estate brokerage with offices in downtown Philadelphia and Collingswood, NJ. We are looking for driven newcomers who want more than just a desk and a login. We invest in your growth from day one, providing the mentorship, tools, and team structure necessary to launch a successful career in real estate. Our unique approach includes broker-led training twice weekly, an in-house title team, and in-house mortgage officers to ensure a seamless client experience and provide agents with a comprehensive understanding of the transaction process. We offer a collaborative office environment in two desirable business districts, fostering a supportive atmosphere for agents.

Requirements

• Currently in the process of obtaining a PA and/or NJ real estate license, or newly licensed.
• Ready to thrive in a commission-based, incentive-driven environment.
• Coachable self-starters eager to learn from experienced brokers and build strong habits.
• Strong communicators comfortable networking and building relationships.
• Motivated to serve the Greater Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey markets.
