About The Position

This position is for a Reading Teacher at the T26/27 level, focusing on language arts. The role requires collaboration, organization, and up-to-date knowledge of language arts research, practice, and assessment methods. The teacher will also be responsible for leading team meetings and committees.

Requirements

• Experience working with middle school students
• Must have or be eligible for Virginia licensure.
• Must have or be eligible for Middle School English or English

Nice To Haves

• Dual endorsement in English as a Second Language and/or Special Education, or in any other content area, is preferred but not required

• Ability to function as a member of a team.
