About The Position
The Racquet Club Concierge provides a quality tennis experience for guests and members of The Boca Raton. The role oversees court, lesson, and clinic reservations; supports members and guests with game matching; promotes events; handles lesson and court fee billing; and makes retail sales. The position reports to the Director of Racquet Sports and has regular contact with club members, resort guests, meeting planners, and vendors.
Requirements
- Be a team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Have experience in a customer service environment.
- Meet the physical requirements, including lifting up to 50 lbs. and frequently lifting and carrying objects weighing up to 25 lbs.
Nice To Haves
- Resort and/or country club experience.
- Good tennis knowledge.
Responsibilities
