About The Position
The Racquet Club Concierge provides a quality tennis experience for guests and members of The Boca Raton. The role oversees court, lesson, and clinic reservations; supports tennis programs and events; assists members and guests with game matching; handles lesson and court fee billing; and makes retail sales. The position has regular contact with club members, resort guests, meeting planners, and vendors, and reports to the Director of Racquet Sports.
Requirements
- Be a team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Have experience in a customer service environment.
- Be able to lift up to 50 pounds, with frequent lifting and carrying of objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
- Be able to walk or stand to a significant degree and perform reaching, handling, feeling, talking, hearing, and seeing.
Nice To Haves
- Resort and/or country club experience.
- Good tennis knowledge.
