About The Position

The Club Concierge Supervisor oversees the day-to-day operations of the Resort's Club Lounge, ensuring exceptional guest service and coordinating food and beverage service by managing staff. The role guides the Club Lounge Concierge team through training, mentoring, and development in high service standards; handles guest interactions and requests; and oversees Club Floor check-ins, check-outs, and access verification. The supervisor also maintains current information about local restaurants, museums, and attractions, builds relationships with vendors to assist guests with information, tickets, and reservations, and supports Club Lounge food service operations.

Requirements

High school education or equivalent experience is preferred.
One to three years of luxury hotel experience is preferred.
Prior knowledge of Concierge/Front Desk, Resort, and Food & Beverage operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

Guide the Club Lounge Concierge team in delivering exceptional service to club guests by training, mentoring, and developing team members in high service standards.
Handle guest interactions with hospitality and professionalism, accommodate special requests, resolve complaints, and assist with hotel inquiries.
Ensure collateral for restaurants, museums, and attractions is up to date.
Stay informed about activities on the property, in Ko Olina, and around the island, and build vendor relationships to provide guests with information, ticketing, and reservations.
Handle Club Floor guest check-ins and check-outs and verify Club access while following hotel credit and cash handling policies.
Set up and break down food buffets, mix alcoholic beverages, serve guests, and bus during food services.
