About The Position

Midway Motors is hiring a dependable, energetic Quick Lane Technician to join its Service Team. The role is suited to someone who enjoys working with vehicles, staying busy, and building skills in the automotive industry. Automotive experience is helpful, but the company is willing to train a candidate with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. The technician will perform routine maintenance, inspections, basic repairs, and tire services while helping the service team keep vehicles moving efficiently and providing quality care for customers’ vehicles.

Requirements

• Dependable and ready to work.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds and work on your feet throughout the day.

Nice To Haves

• Automotive experience is helpful.
• Basic mechanical knowledge is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and other routine maintenance.
• Complete vehicle inspections and identify maintenance or safety concerns.
• Perform basic repairs and services as assigned.
• Mount, balance, and repair tires.
• Keep accurate records of work performed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Work with Service Advisors and other technicians to keep vehicles moving efficiently.
• Participate in training and development opportunities.
• Provide quality work while taking great care of customers’ vehicles.
