About The Position
Midway Motors is hiring a dependable, energetic Quick Lane Technician to join its Service Team. The role is suited to someone who enjoys working with vehicles, staying busy, and developing skills in the automotive industry. Automotive experience is helpful, but the employer is willing to train someone with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. The technician will perform routine maintenance, inspections, basic repairs, and tire services while maintaining accurate work records and a clean, safe work area. The position involves collaborating with Service Advisors and other technicians to keep vehicles moving efficiently and providing quality care for customers’ vehicles. Midway Motors offers opportunities to learn, develop skills, and grow within its Service Department and dealership group.
Requirements
- Dependability and readiness to work.

- Ability to work well as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds and work on your feet throughout the day.
Nice To Haves
- Basic mechanical knowledge is preferred but not required.
- Automotive experience is helpful.
Responsibilities
- Perform oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and other routine maintenance.
- Complete vehicle inspections and identify maintenance or safety concerns.
- Perform basic repairs and services as assigned.
- Mount, balance, and repair tires.
- Keep accurate records of work performed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Work closely with Service Advisors and other technicians to keep vehicles moving efficiently.
- Participate in training and development opportunities.
- Provide quality work while taking great care of customers’ vehicles.
