The Project Manager will act as a subject matter expert in hospital operations and process improvement, identifying gaps and developing supporting materials like manuals and training modules. They will create detailed work plans, manage project timelines, communicate updates, and lead medium to large-scale projects with potential dependencies and risks. The role also includes researching innovations, implementing practice improvement tools, defining business requirements for operational efficiency, conducting pre- and post- performance analysis, monitoring processes, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The Project Manager will analyze results against plans, forecast, and identify opportunities for operational improvement.
