This role is responsible for driving and implementing the business plan for their area of responsibility to achieve facility goals in production, quality, and safety. They will also implement operational improvements, forecast staffing, workload, and performance results, and prepare, review, and analyze business reports. The manager will monitor compliance with Logistics and company quality and safety standards, identify and resolve associate, customer, and supplier concerns, and supervise and manage associates and leaders. Key responsibilities include overseeing the execution of QA guidelines, procedures, and programs, identifying ways to increase building efficiencies, maintain inventory integrity, and ensuring systems/processes are implemented for corrective actions, slot profiling, inventory adjustments, cycle inventory tests, managing outside storage, damages and strays, tracking and reporting close date product, hazardous material processing, and overseeing systems operations. This includes ensuring appropriate hardware and software maintenance, installation of new/replacement systems, necessary repairs, and development and troubleshooting with the Information Systems Division, vendors, and regional/divisional systems managers.
