This role is responsible for driving and implementing the business plan for their area of responsibility to achieve facility goals in production, quality, and safety. The position involves forecasting staffing, workload, and performance results, as well as preparing, reviewing, and analyzing business reports to identify operational improvements. A key aspect of the role is monitoring and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards, policies, and procedures. The manager will also oversee the execution of QA guidelines, procedures, and programs, focusing on increasing building efficiencies, maintaining inventory integrity, and ensuring systems/processes are implemented for corrective actions, slot profiling, inventory adjustments, cycle inventory tests, managing outside storage, damages, and strays. Additionally, the role involves overseeing systems operations, ensuring hardware and software maintenance, installation, repairs, and development/troubleshooting with relevant corporate partners.
