The Quality Coordinator is a senior individual contributor role responsible for fleet wide governance and quality assurance of Incident Management and Process/Product Nonconformance programs, while also owning site specific quality process execution and improvement activities at the Invenergy Central Machine Shop. This role serves as the Quality system steward for incident investigations and nonconformance governance across the fleet, ensuring consistent application of risk based rigor, investigation quality, and corrective action effectiveness in accordance with Invenergy policy and procedures. In parallel, the role provides hands on quality process leadership at the Central Machine Shop, supporting manufacturing, repair, inspection, and continuous improvement activities. The Quality Coordinator operates as a technical authority, governance facilitator, and cross functional partner, not as a people manager.
