The Quality Compliance Coordinator is responsible for coordinating all incident management efforts and providing oversight for addressing incidents and providing staff training associated with risk management. Essential Functions and Responsibilities Manages all aspects of the region’s incident reporting program including communications, training, investigations and follow-up, reporting, record keeping. Provides necessary incident training oversight as required by local, state and federal regulations and Omni Visions policy, including basic CPR/First Aid. Analyzes incident data and prepares management reports. Uses data to identify potential exposure to the organization and recommends appropriate protection measures and education programs. Administrative duties to ensure employees have appropriate documentation, including, but not limited to physical exams, TB testing, etc. Responsible for preventing abuse of clients by following screening requirements, attending training, communicating expectations & boundaries, ensuring accountability for policy violations, conducting investigations, and preparing reports for the BOD. Conducts program audits to measure compliance and effectiveness and develops and implements program updates utilizing best practices. Other duties as assigned.
