About The Position

Bear Creek Senior Living is seeking a QMAP to provide activities of daily living and other services to residents in accordance with their service plans. Care is delivered in a kind, gentle, friendly, and professional manner that respects residents’ dignity and privacy. The role includes supporting residents with daily activities and personal hygiene, responding to requests, and helping ensure dietary needs and preferences are respected. The listed shift is 6 a.m. to 2 p.m.; flexible schedules and part-time and full-time opportunities are available.

Requirements

• Current QMAP certification.
• A can-do attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to serve residents.
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
• A love for seniors.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care and support with daily activities and personal hygiene.
• Respond to resident requests and determine how best to assist them.
• Review residents’ dietary restrictions, food allergies, and preferences to help ensure they receive an appropriate diet.
• Provide services in accordance with residents’ service plans while respecting their dignity and privacy.
