About The Position
Bear Creek Senior Living is seeking a QMAP to provide activities of daily living and other services to residents in accordance with their service plans. Care should be provided in a kind, gentle, friendly, and professional manner while respecting residents’ dignity and privacy. The role is in Memory Care and is listed as a 6 a.m.–2 p.m. shift. Part-time and full-time opportunities are available. Requirements
- Current QMAP certification.
- A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to serve residents.
- Ability to work both as part of a team and independently.
- A love for seniors.
Responsibilities
- Provide resident care and support with daily activities and personal hygiene.
- Respond to resident requests and determine how best to assist them.
- Help ensure residents receive an appropriate diet by reviewing dietary restrictions, food allergies, and preferences.
- Provide services in accordance with residents’ service plans while respecting their dignity and privacy.
