About The Position
Bear Creek Senior Living is seeking a QMAP to provide activities of daily living and other services to residents according to their service plans. Care is delivered with kindness and in a gentle, friendly, and professional manner while respecting residents’ dignity and privacy. The role is based in Memory Care and is listed as a 6 a.m.–2 p.m. shift. Stellar Senior Living is an assisted living and memory care provider in the Western United States. Requirements
- A current QMAP certification.
- A can-do attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to serve residents.
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
- A love for seniors.
Responsibilities
- Provide resident care and support with daily activities and personal hygiene.
- Respond to resident requests and determine how best to assist them.
- Review dietary restrictions, food allergies, and preferences to ensure residents receive an appropriate diet.
