About The Position

The Public Service Senior Manager works with government agencies, nonprofits, and higher education institutions to improve operations, service delivery, and outcomes for the people and communities they serve.

This role leads client teams in identifying challenges, developing practical solutions, and implementing lasting improvements to programs, services, business processes, organizational structures, and digital capabilities. The emphasis is on implementing solutions that produce tangible, lasting results and help organizations deliver on their priorities. The position requires travel of 25% or more, varying according to client needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 8 years of public service experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in project leadership roles.
• At least 3 years of demonstrated experience bringing innovative ideas to projects.
• At least 3 years of experience advising senior leaders and leading complex initiatives across multiple teams, divisions, agencies, or partner organizations.

Nice To Haves

• Master’s degree.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in health and human services, state or local government, healthcare, public policy, management consulting, or a closely related field.
• Experience with one or more of the following: Medicaid, behavioral health, child and family services, disability services, managed care, provider networks, public health, social services, benefits eligibility, or public finance.
