About The Position

Accenture’s State Government practice works with state agencies, departments, and county governments on strategy, readiness, and implementation of major operational transformations. The role leads Cloud ERP engagements with a business-transformation focus, either as the overall delivery lead or as the senior functional owner in finance, HR, payroll, or procurement. The position requires understanding the operational, regulatory, workforce, integration, and data complexities of state and county government, and delivering outcomes from strategy and readiness through design, implementation, stabilization, and value realization. The role owns senior client relationships and functional design decisions, leads change management, integration, and data migration strategy within its domain, and brings AI-assisted delivery and responsible automation into client engagements. It also contributes to pursuits and proposals, helps develop pre-RFP market relationships, represents the practice at relevant government forums, contributes to practice solutions and services, and develops junior and mid-level practitioners. Travel of 50% or more is required.
