About The Position

The PT Supervisor at Converse Auburn Hills supports customers and teammates while delivering the Converse retail experience. The role calls for enthusiasm and knowledge about Converse products and services, authentic customer service, and leading by example to bring the consumer journey to life in line with SOLE. Supervisors help customers feel welcome and understood, exceed their expectations, and contribute to a positive, professional, and reliable store environment.

The position is part-time, 25 hours per week, and includes nights, weekends, and holidays. Duties also include operating a cash register; shipping and receiving; stocking products; cleaning; and building visual displays. Physical requirements include bending, squatting, reaching, climbing a ladder, and standing for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old in the United States.
• At least 1 year of retail or consumer service experience.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on store needs.
• Use authentic customer service to help customers feel seen and understood.
• Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations.
