About The Position

The PT Supervisor at Converse Eagan supports customers and teammates by sharing knowledge of Converse products and services, delivering welcoming and attentive customer service, and leading by example in line with SOLE. The role involves retail operations such as cash register use, shipping and receiving, stocking, cleaning, and creating visual displays. This part-time position is based in Eagan, Minnesota, and is scheduled for 25 hours per week, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old in the United States.
• At least 1 year of retail or consumer service experience.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on store needs.
• Use customer service authentically so customers feel seen and understood.
• Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies.
• Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Able to work weekends, nights, and holidays as needed.
