About The Position

The PT Supervisor at Converse Auburn Hills supports customers and teammates by bringing enthusiasm, product knowledge, and a positive attitude to the store. The role helps deliver customer service in line with SOLE, making customers feel welcome, understanding their needs, and exceeding expectations throughout their journey. Supervisors lead by example and demonstrate professionalism, integrity, reliability, and kindness.

The position also includes retail operations such as operating a cash register, shipping and receiving, stocking products, cleaning, and building visual displays. This is a part-time role scheduled for 25 hours per week, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. The work location is Converse Auburn Hills in Auburn Hills, Michigan.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old in the United States.
• At least 1 year of retail or consumer service experience.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on store needs.
• Ability to use authentic customer service to ensure customers feel seen and understood.
• Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies.
• Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations.
