About The Position

The PT Supervisor at Converse Livermore supports customers and teammates while representing Converse products, services, and culture. The role helps create a welcoming customer experience, leads by example in delivering service in line with SOLE, and contributes to store operations including register use, shipping and receiving, stocking, cleaning, and visual displays. This is a part-time role for 25 hours per week, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old in the United States.
• At least 1 year of retail or consumer service experience.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on store needs.
• Use authentic customer service to help customers feel seen and understood.
• Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations.
