About The Position

The PT Supervisor supports Converse customers and teammates by demonstrating enthusiasm and knowledge of Converse products and services. The role leads by example, delivers service in line with SOLE, and helps create a welcoming customer journey that meets and exceeds customer expectations. The supervisor also performs store operations, including register operation, shipping and receiving, stocking, cleaning, and building visual displays. This is a part-time role at Converse Eagan for 25 hours per week, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old in the United States.
At least 1 year of retail or consumer service experience.
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on store needs.
Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies.
Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations.
