About The Position

Mindpath Health is hiring a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner for its growing outpatient psychiatry team in Sunnyvale. The role provides psychiatric evaluations, medication management, diagnosis and treatment for a broad range of mental health conditions, and high-quality outpatient psychiatric care. The practice serves mostly commercially insured patients and may include adult and/or child and adolescent populations. Clinicians use EHR and telehealth platforms and collaborate with Psychiatrists, PMHNPs, and Therapists. The position offers a hybrid schedule combining in-person and telehealth care in a 100% outpatient setting, with administrative support and established patient demand. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with no nights, weekends, or call. The posted base salary is $202,000+; actual income may vary based on production, hours worked, ramp-up time, experience, and licensure.

Requirements

• Active PMHNP-BC certification.
• Unrestricted PMHNP license in the state of practice.
• Active DEA registration.
• At least 2 years as a licensed PMHNP with outpatient private practice experience.
