About The Position

Mindpath Health is hiring a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner for its growing outpatient psychiatry team in Pleasanton. This hybrid role combines in-person and telehealth care in a 100% outpatient practice. The clinician may work with adult and/or child and adolescent patient populations and will treat a broad range of mental health diagnoses, primarily among commercially insured patients. The practice offers established patient demand, administrative support, and collaboration with psychiatrists, PMHNPs, and therapists. Services include medication management and therapy, with TMS and Spravato available at certain locations.

The schedule is Monday through Friday, with no nights, weekends, or call. The posted base salary range is $194,000–$206,000, plus uncapped quarterly incentives. Compensation is determined by job-related qualifications, experience, geographic location, and other relevant factors; actual income may vary based on production model results, hours worked, ramp-up time, experience, and licensure.

Requirements

• Active PMHNP-BC certification.
• Unrestricted PMHNP license in the state of practice.
• Active DEA registration.
• At least 2 years of experience as a licensed PMHNP.
• At least 2 years of outpatient psychiatric experience in a private practice setting.
