About The Position

Mindpath Health is hiring a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner for its growing outpatient psychiatry team in Chico or Modesto. The role provides psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and treatment for a broad range of mental health conditions in a 100% outpatient practice. Clinicians serve adult and/or child and adolescent patients and treat mostly commercially insured patients with varied mental health diagnoses. Services may include medication management and therapy, as well as TMS and Spravato at certain locations.

The position offers a hybrid schedule combining in-person care and telehealth, with administrative support and established patient demand. The clinician collaborates with psychiatrists, PMHNPs, and therapists and uses EHR and telehealth platforms. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with no nights, weekends, or call. The estimated base salary is $160,000–$182,000, plus uncapped quarterly incentives; actual compensation may vary based on production results, hours worked, ramp-up time, experience, and licensure.

Requirements

• Active PMHNP-BC certification.
• Unrestricted PMHNP license in the state of practice.
• Active DEA registration.
• At least 2 years of experience as a licensed PMHNP.
• At least 2 years of outpatient psychiatric experience as a PMHNP.
