About The Position

Mindpath Health is hiring a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner for its growing outpatient psychiatry team in Sunnyvale. The role offers a hybrid schedule combining in-person and telehealth care in a 100% outpatient practice. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with no nights, weekends, or call. The clinician may work with adult and/or child and adolescent populations and will have established patient demand and administrative support.

The position involves providing psychiatric evaluations and medication management, diagnosing and treating a broad range of mental health conditions, and delivering high-quality outpatient psychiatric care. Clinicians collaborate with psychiatrists, other PMHNPs, and therapists, and use EHR and telehealth platforms. Mindpath Health treats mostly commercially insured patients of all ages and offers medication management and therapy, as well as TMS and Spravato services in certain locations.

The posted base salary is $202,000+. The posting notes that the salary range is an estimate based on average earnings of current clinicians; actual income may vary based on production model results, hours worked, ramp-up time, experience, and licensure. Requirements

• Active PMHNP-BC certification.
• Unrestricted PMHNP license in the state of practice.
• Active DEA registration.
• At least 2 years as a licensed PMHNP with outpatient private practice experience.
