About The Position

Mindpath Health is hiring a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner for its growing outpatient psychiatry team in Pleasanton. The role provides psychiatric evaluations, medication management, diagnosis and treatment of mental health conditions, and high-quality outpatient psychiatric care. The practice serves mostly commercially insured patients of all ages and offers a mix of in-person and telehealth care. Clinicians collaborate with psychiatrists, other PMHNPs, and therapists, with established patient demand and administrative support. The practice may also offer TMS and Spravato services at certain locations.

The schedule is Monday through Friday, with no nights, weekends, or call. The position has a hybrid schedule and is 100% outpatient. Base salary is $194,000–$206,000, plus uncapped quarterly incentives. Compensation may depend on qualifications, experience, geographic location, production results, hours worked, ramp-up time, and licensure.

Requirements

• Active PMHNP-BC certification.
• Unrestricted PMHNP license in the state of practice.
• Active DEA registration.
• At least 2 years as a licensed PMHNP.
• At least 2 years of outpatient psychiatric experience in a private practice setting.
