Provider Growth Associate

Kinstead•New York City, NY

About The Position

Kinstead helps nurse practitioners launch and run independent practices by providing a unified system for healthcare operations. The Provider Growth Associate is often the first Kinstead contact for interested NPs and helps them assess whether practice ownership is right for them. The Associate manages each prospective provider relationship from the first conversation through a signed contract, then hands the practice owner off to the launch team. The role focuses primarily on provider discovery and conversion, alongside running growth channels such as partnerships, events, digital advertising, and personalized outreach. It also brings the NP perspective back into Kinstead to inform product, messaging, and onboarding. The Associate works directly with the CEO and uses an established playbook, with the opportunity to take on greater leadership responsibility as the team grows. The position is based in New York City, with three days per week in the office and occasional travel to Kinstead markets. It is full-time and offers a $60,000–$110,000 base salary, variable compensation tied to new practices that launch, and early-stage equity.
