•Onsite

About The Position

Under minimal supervision, the Property Preservation Specialist II orders and reviews property inspection reports, analyzes property conditions, identifies needed repairs, orders appropriate bids, and monitors repairs through completion. The specialist coordinates much of this work through established vendors, follows up on overdue deliverables, and evaluates vendor performance. In addition to regular Property Preservation Specialist duties, this role coordinates training for incoming specialists, ensures they receive necessary instruction, and helps prepare them to manage their regular workload. After initial training, the Specialist II remains available for questions and periodically checks in with new specialists to identify additional training needs. The position is designated as on-site because essential functions cannot physically be performed remotely, and in-person presence supports oversight, training, collaboration, and productivity.
