About The Position
KMG Prestige is seeking a Property Manager at Pheasant Run in Columbus, Ohio. The position leads a diverse group of properties, including HUD and Tax Credit properties, and is responsible for overall site operations. The Property Manager motivates, trains, and develops teams through effective leadership and innovative ideas; hires, coaches, and develops staff in property management and budget and financial management; and builds and maintains professional relationships with property owners and various agencies.
Requirements
- Previous experience in property management, including HUD and Tax Credit.
- Demonstrated leadership ability.
- Marketing and closing skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to obtain a Real Estate Salesperson License; the company pays for the license.
Responsibilities
