About The Position
KMG Prestige is seeking a Property Manager at Pheasant Run in Columbus, Ohio. The role leads a diverse group of properties, including HUD and Tax Credit properties, and is responsible for overall site operations. The Property Manager motivates, trains, and develops team members through effective leadership and innovative ideas; hires and coaches staff; and builds their knowledge of property management, budgets, and financial management. The ideal candidate can build and maintain professional relationships with property owners and various agencies.
Requirements
- Previous property management experience, including HUD and Tax Credit.
- Demonstrated leadership ability.
- Marketing and closing skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to obtain a Real Estate Salesperson License; the company pays for the license.
Responsibilities
