The Project Manager coordinates commercial workplace furniture installations and relocations, from initial estimating through final closeout. The role focuses on the physical delivery and installation of workplace furnishings, rather than information technology or software implementations. The Project Manager develops labor budgets, defines the scope of work, schedules internal crews and subcontractors, tracks product, oversees installation activities, and ensures punch-list completion. The position works closely with Sales and Design and communicates with clients or the project leaders responsible for the overall project. The role includes planning installation approaches, coordinating project resources and site access, managing product and shipping issues, conducting site visits, overseeing field activities and safety, leading final walk-throughs, reconciling project costs, and participating in post-project reviews. This is not a remote position and requires travel to customer locations within the region.
