About The Position

Parexel is hiring Project Leadership professionals for its Biotech Division to support biotech clients and their unique needs. The roles are part of the Global Project Leadership organization and involve leading global clinical trials across therapeutic areas, including oncology (hematology), respiratory/general medicine, and obesity/endocrine. Opportunities are available at Project Leader, Senior Project Leader, Associate Project Director, and Project Director levels.

Successful candidates will lead project teams and manage day-to-day operations, pursuing operational excellence through on-time, on-budget, high-quality delivery and the goal of exceeding client expectations. The work supports clinical research projects and the development of therapies that benefit patients. The position is home based.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in a clinical or health-related field.
• At least 2 years of experience leading global clinical trials in project management within a CRO, biotech, or pharmaceutical company; CRO experience is preferred.
• Experience in project scheduling, resource and budget management, and team activity coordination.
• Experience with the full clinical development process through regulatory submissions.
• Flexibility, problem-solving capabilities, and strategic vision.
• Detail-oriented, computer proficient, and possess superior interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Additional years of experience are required for more senior roles.

Nice To Haves

• Advanced degree preferred.
• CRO project management experience preferred.
• Experience in oncology (hematology), respiratory/general medicine, or obesity/endocrine clinical trials.
