About The Position

IQVIA Biotech is seeking a US-based Senior Project Manager with proven oncology clinical-trial experience to lead complex, multi-regional studies, particularly in the Immuno-Oncology space. The role combines strategic leadership, operational oversight, and customer engagement to support the delivery of clinical trials and bring new therapies to market. The Senior Project Manager leads core project teams and ensures clinical studies are executed in accordance with contractual requirements, SOPs, and regulatory standards.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related field.
At least 7 years of clinical research experience, including at least 4 years in project management.
Strong knowledge of clinical-trial conduct, regulatory requirements, and therapeutic areas.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to manage complex projects across geographies and functions.
Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
Proven experience in oncology clinical trials.

Responsibilities

Lead bid defense presentations and contribute to study strategy development.
Develop and implement integrated study management plans.
Oversee the planning and execution of medium to large, multi-regional clinical studies, optimizing speed, quality, and cost.
Serve as the primary client contact and foster strong relationships and customer satisfaction.
Build and lead cross-functional teams, promoting collaboration and milestone achievement.
Monitor project progress, manage risks, and proactively resolve issues.
Ensure compliance with ICH GCP, local regulations, and company processes.
Manage project financials, including forecasting, scope changes, and revenue acceleration opportunities.
Mentor and support team members, promoting continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
