About The Position

Parexel’s Biotech Division serves biotech clients and provides support tailored to their needs. The Project Leadership organization is responsible for driving client and project success and advancing clinical research. Parexel is hiring at Project Leader and Senior Project Leader levels for candidates with experience leading global studies in Neurology, Psychiatry, or Rare Disease.

In this role, you will lead project teams and manage day-to-day operations, aiming to achieve operational excellence through on-time, on-budget, high-quality delivery and to exceed client expectations. The position involves supporting global clinical trials and coordinating project activities throughout the clinical development process, including regulatory submissions.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in a clinical or health-related field.
• At least 2 years of experience leading global clinical trials in project management within a CRO, biotech, or pharmaceutical company; CRO experience is preferred.
• Experience in project scheduling, resource and budget management, and coordinating team activities.
• Experience with the full clinical development process through regulatory submissions.
• Flexibility, problem-solving capability, and strategic vision.
• Attention to detail, computer proficiency, and strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

• Advanced degree preferred.
• Experience leading global studies in Neurology, Psychiatry, or Rare Disease.
• CRO project management experience preferred.
