About The Position

Parexel is hiring Project Leaders (PM) and Senior Project Leaders (SPM) in its Biotech Division to lead global clinical studies in metabolic disease, GLP-1, and obesity. The division supports biotech clients and their distinct needs, offering project management professionals opportunities to use flexibility, creativity, and problem-solving skills.

These roles provide leadership to project teams and oversee day-to-day project operations. The goal is to achieve operational excellence through on-time, within-budget, high-quality delivery and to exceed client expectations. The Project Leadership function contributes to client success and advances clinical research projects that benefit patients.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience leading global clinical trials in project management.
• Experience in project scheduling, resource and budget management, and coordinating team activities.
• Experience across the full clinical development process through regulatory submissions.
• Undergraduate degree in a clinical or health-related field.
• Flexibility, problem-solving capabilities, and strategic vision.
• Detail-oriented, computer proficient, and possessing superior interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Additional years of experience are required for the Senior Project Leader role.

Nice To Haves

• Advanced degree preferred.
• CRO experience preferred; experience in a biotech or pharmaceutical company is also relevant.
