About The Position

Parexel is hiring Project Leaders and Senior Project Leaders within its Global Project Leadership organization. These roles support global clinical studies across a variety of therapeutic areas for mid-to-large biotech and pharmaceutical clients. Project Leadership team members provide leadership to project teams and manage day-to-day operations, working to achieve operational excellence through on-time, on-budget, high-quality delivery and exceed client expectations. The organization works across all phases of global clinical trials and develops solutions tailored to client needs. Additional experience is required for more senior positions, including Senior Project Leader, Associate Project Director, and Project Director.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in a clinical or health-related field.
• At least 2 years of experience leading global clinical trials in project management within a CRO, biotech, or pharmaceutical company; CRO experience is preferred.
• Experience with project scheduling, resource and budget management, and coordination of team activities.
• Experience with the full clinical development process through regulatory submissions.
• Flexibility, problem-solving capabilities, and strategic vision.
• Detail-oriented, computer proficient, and possessing superior interpersonal and organizational skills.

• Experience leading clinical trial projects within a CRO.
