About The Position

Parexel’s Biotech Division is seeking Project Leaders and Senior Project Leaders to lead global clinical trials for biotech clients across a range of therapeutic areas, including neurology, oncology, respiratory, dermatology, cardiology, general medicine, and GLP-1/obesity. The division provides support tailored to biotech clients’ needs and values flexibility, creativity, and problem-solving.

Successful candidates will lead project teams and manage day-to-day operations, pursuing operational excellence through on-time, on-budget, high-quality delivery and the goal of exceeding client expectations. The position is home-based.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in a clinical or health-related field.
• At least 2 years of experience leading global clinical trials in project management within a CRO, biotech, or pharmaceutical company; CRO experience is preferred.
• Experience in project scheduling, resource and budget management, and coordinating team activities.
• Experience with the full clinical development process through regulatory submissions.
• Flexibility, problem-solving capabilities, and strategic vision.
• Detail-oriented, computer proficient, with superior interpersonal and organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

• Advanced degree preferred.
• Experience at a CRO preferred.
• Experience in therapeutic areas including neurology, oncology, respiratory, dermatology, cardiology, general medicine, or GLP-1/obesity.
