About The Position

Parexel is hiring Project Leaders and Senior Project Leaders in its Global Project Leadership organization, supporting biotech clients and global clinical trials in therapeutics including dermatology, immunology, infectious disease, respiratory, neurology, oncology/hematology, and GLP-1/obesity. The Biotech Division provides project-management support tailored to biotech clients’ needs.

The position provides leadership to project teams and manages day-to-day project operations, with a focus on operational excellence, on-time delivery, budget management, high-quality work, and exceeding client expectations. The role requires experience across the full clinical development process through regulatory submissions. It is home based.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in a clinical or health-related field.
• At least 2 years of experience leading global clinical trials in project management within a CRO, biotech, or pharmaceutical company; CRO experience is preferred.
• Experience with project scheduling, resource and budget management, and coordinating team activities.
• Experience across the full clinical development process through regulatory submissions.
• Flexibility, problem-solving capabilities, strategic vision, attention to detail, computer proficiency, and strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

• Advanced degree preferred.
• CRO project-management experience preferred.
• Experience in dermatology, immunology, infectious disease, respiratory, neurology, oncology/hematology, or GLP-1/obesity clinical trials.
