Clinical Trials Manager
About The Position
The Department of Neurology seeks an experienced Clinical Trials Manager to oversee departmental clinical trial operations. The role guides study startup and implementation, coordinates protocol submissions and data use agreements, and provides staff training and mentorship. Working closely with faculty, research staff, sponsors, and institutional partners, the manager streamlines processes, supports regulatory compliance, and helps studies move efficiently from development through completion. The department prefers a Registered Nurse (RN) with phlebotomy experience to support the clinical needs of its research studies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a health-related field, such as Health Administration, Public Health, or Nursing, or a closely related field; relevant experience or a combination of education and related experience may substitute, using a one-to-one ratio for years of experience in place of the degree.
- At least 48 months of experience in clinical trials research coordination and/or administration, professional-level data management and analysis, or another closely related professional-level role.
Nice To Haves
- Registered Nurse (RN) with phlebotomy experience to support the clinical needs of research studies.
- Previous neurological research experience.
