This includes determining resource and budget requirements, cost estimates, and timelines, while monitoring project delivery against timelines and ensuring timely completion. The role also involves overseeing project team members, communicating project status to relevant parties, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory, environmental, and health and safety requirements. Additionally, the Project Coordinator is responsible for developing and maintaining effective client relationships, resolving issues, managing client expectations, and ensuring client satisfaction.
