About The Position

With supervision, the Project Coordinator is responsible for planning, developing and delivering assigned projects within scope, schedule, and contract budget. The role involves planning and overseeing the end-to-end delivery of assigned projects, which are typically of moderate complexity, risk and exposure. The Project Coordinator will collaborate with clients to define project scope, deliverables, and requirements, and will develop and implement project plans and schedules. This includes determining resource and budget requirements, cost estimates, and timelines, while monitoring project delivery against timelines and ensuring timely completion. The role also involves overseeing project team members, communicating project status to relevant parties, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory, environmental, and health and safety requirements. Additionally, the Project Coordinator is responsible for developing and maintaining effective client relationships, resolving issues, managing client expectations, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proven ability and experience in delivering projects on-time, on-budget, within specifications and in-compliant with all requirements including but not limited to regulatory, environmental, health, and safety requirements.
  • Proven ability and experience in developing and managing budgets.
  • Proven ability and experience in mitigating and managing project risks.
  • Strong communication, influence, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability and experience in building and maintaining effective relationships.
  • Proven ability and experience in managing client relationships and expectations.

Responsibilities
