Project Coordinator (Part-Time/Contract)

Vantage Partners•Boston, MA

About The Position

Vantage Partners is undertaking a firm-wide business transformation over the next 9–12 months, covering commercial management and CRM, Operations and resource management, Finance, cloud migration, technology integration, and associated processes, roles, governance, and ways of working. The Project Coordinator will support several concurrent workstreams, working independently with direction from the Director of Business Transformation. The role provides structure, coordination, and follow-through so work continues to move forward between meetings. It is not a senior transformation or strategy position; the Transformation Lead owns overall direction, strategic analysis, senior stakeholder management, content creation, and major decisions. The coordinator is expected to understand the basic substance of the work, identify unclear or delayed items, and proactively raise questions or issues. The expected commitment is approximately 15–20 hours per week over 9–12 months, with some variation depending on the transformation phase. The hourly pay range is $35–$50; final compensation depends on experience, skills, and qualifications. Vantage Partners is an equal opportunity employer and states that applicants with disabilities may be entitled to reasonable accommodation during the application process.
