About The Position

The Project Coordinator supports the Enterprise Commercial team led strategic projects. The role serves as the central point for organization, communication, documentation, and follow-through, ensuring decisions, actions, and information are captured, tracked, and communicated across stakeholders. Working across leadership teams, agencies, and functional partners, the Project Coordinator helps maintain alignment, visibility, and momentum while leveraging digital and AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and execution. This is a coordination-focused Level 1 role where ownership and execution of project content remain with the respective business and functional stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Pharmaceutical experience, with sufficient understanding of cross-functional pre-launch teams, stakeholder roles, and ways of working to anticipate coordination needs and support effective execution.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate activities, milestones, dependencies, and follow-up actions across multiple strategic enterprise commercial programs.
  • Manage project administration, including documents, presentations, meeting materials, action logs, and communication repositories.
  • Coordinate leadership reviews, agency engagements, and cross-functional working sessions across geographies and time zones.
  • Support both small-group content development activities and broader stakeholder communication, alignment, and feedback processes.
  • Track decisions, action items, dependencies, and outstanding requests, ensuring timely follow-up and clear accountability.
  • Consolidate outputs from one-on-one discussions and team meetings into clear communications, presentations, updates, and summaries.
  • Ensure key information, decisions, and next steps are documented, organized, and communicated to the appropriate stakeholders.
  • Identify coordination gaps, communication needs, and cross-functional dependencies to help prevent operational blind spots.
  • Leverage Microsoft 365, Microsoft Loop, AI, and automation tools to improve transparency, organization, and execution.
